Career-high 15 points Phillips contributed 15 points (6-8 FG, 3-6 FT), four rebounds and three blocks in 23 minutes during Saturday's 75-65 win over South Carolina. Impact Phillips' 15 points were a career best for the sophomore, and they came out of nowhere. He hadn't played 20 minutes since Feb. 8, and he hadn't even taken as many as eight shots all season. Still, his 6-of-8 shooting from the field was instrumental in helping the Volunteers hang on against a surprisingly feisty Gamecocks squad.
